Overview

This role is focused on ensuring the quality of raw materials by managing documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting internal teams. The position involves maintaining accurate records, handling sample materials, and assisting with reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and verify raw material documentation from suppliers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and regularly update quality-related records and databases systematically.
• Use internal document management systems to support quality assurance processes effectively.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to clarify and resolve any issues related to documentation or quality assurance.
• Engage with suppliers proactively to obtain necessary quality documents and follow up as needed.
• Oversee raw material sample collection, preparation, and storage for testing and analysis purposes.
• Support the preparation of reports and ensure meticulous maintenance of records.
• Timely completion of all given assignments and projects according to established deadlines.

Additional Information

• Monthly compensation ranges from 20,000 to 23,000 INR.
• The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
