Job Responsibilities

• Examine extensive traffic datasets including incidents such as construction and road closures, alongside customer feedback, to enhance user satisfaction.
• Conduct root-cause analyses using diverse data sources and analytical tools to diagnose customer-related issues.
• Apply precise edits to OpenStreetMap (OSM) and other proprietary datasets following strict guidelines.
• Carry out investigative research and pattern recognition, culminating in comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, supervisors, and engineering teams to refine tools, processes, products, and services.

Key Qualities and Requirements

• Excellent analytical aptitude with strong attention to detail, capable of handling voluminous traffic information and performing detailed cause analyses.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficient English communication skills at B1 level (intermediate) for daily reading, writing, and conversation.
• Willing to engage in a rotating 2-day on and 2-day off shift schedule onsite, alternating between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Basic understanding of traffic laws and regulations is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or background in GIS or cartography, familiarity with OSM or comparable mapping solutions.
• Practical knowledge of AI-driven tools for data gathering, automation, or enhancement of workflows.
• Competence in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms geared towards analysis and automations.
• Comfortable using Jira and Confluence platforms for project and documentation purposes.
