Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise frontline operations to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of aircraft deadload.
• Provide leadership and serve as the main contact for the ramp operations team, ensuring productive collaboration during turnaround processes.
• Strictly enforce adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and operational standards.
• Champion safety initiatives, promote hazard awareness, and ensure immediate reporting of any incidents or safety concerns.
• Facilitate effective communication through regular team briefings and accurate report submission.
• Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft contact points on arrival and departure, reporting any damage or irregularities promptly to management.
• Maintain responsibility for filing Ground Safety Reports (GSRs) and communicating hazards to the management in accordance with corporate policies.

Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of experience in airport ground handling or related operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a firm dedication to aviation safety and compliance standards.
