As a train attendant, you will support travelers throughout the journey, from checking tickets to actively assisting onboard. You will play an important part in delivering a high-quality rail travel experience with strong service, good organization, and teamwork.
What You Will Do
- Support passengers in a friendly and professional manner during the trip
- Check tickets and assist with onboard ticket sales when needed
- Help maintain cleanliness, order, and safety throughout the train
- Act as the main point of contact for passenger questions and concerns
- Coordinate onboard processes and assist with passenger information
- Contribute to a positive travel experience for guests
- Help improve service processes on an ongoing basis
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in customer service, train escort roles, or similar service-oriented work is helpful
- Good German skills are required; basic English is an advantage
- You present yourself well and communicate confidently with a service mindset
- You stay calm and keep a clear head even when things become busy
- You are open to flexible shift patterns, including night shifts and weekends, and your roster is shared at least 3 weeks in advance
- You are willing to stay overnight in a hotel after certain shifts; travel, meals, and accommodation are arranged by Flix
- You are open to traveling across Germany for both work and personal use, free of charge
