Role overview
Rotary Engineering is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects in Singapore. The position focuses on measurement, tender preparation, project documentation, and contract administration across building works.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and take off quantities for building work packages.
- Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and tender cost comparisons.
- Source quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support project administration by preparing subcontracts, variation orders, interim valuations, and final accounts.
- Manage live projects and work through contractual matters raised by clients.
- Produce shop drawings, master programmes, method statements, and documents for tender interviews.
- Keep tender and project files accurate, complete, and well organized.
- Carry out any other related duties assigned as needed.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building/Construction, or Civil Engineering.
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project is an advantage.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore. The role requires hands-on involvement in both tender and project stages, with responsibility for documentation, pricing support, and contract-related coordination.
