Quality Product Technologist - Women's Wear (Woven)

Role Overview

As a Quality Product Technologist for women's woven wear, you serve as the key guardian of H&M's brand quality, ensuring every product meets customer expectations from development stages through to the end user experience. Your role blends deep technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset to produce safe, sustainable products aligned to H&M's global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to H&M's quality benchmarks throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial development all the way to consumer experience.
• Execute quality methods and routines as prescribed by the Governance team.
• Assess product fitting, carry out technical risk evaluations, and optimize material usage during sampling phase, centered on customer perspective.
• Perform quality audits within Centralized Facility Services (CFS) to confirm compliance with standards.

Collaborative Environment

Work closely with Production, a hub transforming design concepts into actual garments, spanning over 20 sourcing markets and engaging directly with suppliers. The goal is top product quality at optimal cost with an emphasis on sustainability.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of pertinent apparel industry experience.
• Strong technical prowess in product knowledge with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated ownership, organized workflow, and thorough attention to detail.
• Ability to foster strong, cooperative relationships across teams and suppliers.
• Effective, proactive communication with a focus on solutions.
• Embodiment of H&M's values and commitment to quality in daily work.
