About the Role
SoftConstruct is looking for a Quality Monitoring Specialist to join its team in Yerevan, Armenia. This position suits someone who enjoys working with data, spotting irregularities, and improving monitoring quality in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review monitoring outputs, prepare reports, and turn findings into clear insights on patterns, trends, and possible risk areas.
- Use monitoring platforms, analytics, and investigative methods to detect and examine suspicious activity or potentially fraudulent behavior.
- Make sure monitoring activities remain aligned with applicable rules, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Regularly evaluate current monitoring workflows and tools, then suggest and support improvements that strengthen detection and help address new threats.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct manager, as long as they fit the role description and comply with labor code requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in process management, monitoring, customer support, risk assessment, finance, or audit is preferred.
- Practical familiarity with AGP.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or a comparable project management system.
- Previous experience in quality monitoring.
- Strong command of English plus at least one additional foreign language.
- High attention to detail for accurate review, analysis, and reporting of suspicious behavior or security-related incidents.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to work through complex data sets.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
