Overview

Join Teleperformance in Dublin City Centre as a Quality Expert Reviewer with Polish language skills. This role focuses on supporting quality assurance across a variety of client-managed workflows, particularly in content moderation and risk operations, within a dynamic onsite environment.

Job Details

  • Location: Office-based in Dublin City Centre with no remote work option
  • Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract
  • Salary: €37333 per year
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday
  • Training: Four weeks of onsite training in Dublin
  • Start dates: Multiple start dates available
  • Mandatory background checks including Right to Work verification, criminal record, credit, and other relevant screenings
  • No vacation or time off allowed in the first eight weeks to ensure complete training

Primary Responsibilities

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will:

  • Oversee the quality review of diverse client workflows, including content moderation and escalation processes
  • Moderate content related to violence, self-harm, theft, fraud, impersonation, hate speech, phishing, child exploitation, nudity, and sexual solicitation
  • Conduct ID reviews and verify authenticity/access workflows
  • Support specialized operations teams in evaluating viral content (HERO) and dangerous organizations (DOI)
  • Apply culturally aware, region-specific knowledge to ensure nuanced policy implementation based on client abuse standards
