Job Overview
The role involves overseeing the quality standards for incoming and outgoing perishable items including fruits and vegetables. The executive is tasked with ensuring compliance with company protocols to maintain product integrity.
Key Duties
- Perform routine quality inspections daily according to established criteria.
- Document and maintain detailed reports on the quality status of each product batch.
- Identify defective or subpar goods and separate them appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to effectively address quality issues.
- Assist in educating warehouse personnel on proper quality management and handling procedures.
- Engage in shift transition meetings to relay quality-related observations to the incoming team.
