Role Summary

This full-time remote position of Quality Control Engineer involves verifying that insulation materials and related procedures comply with established quality benchmarks and regulatory standards. Key activities include creating and implementing inspection and testing protocols, evaluating test results, spotting deviations, and recommending corrective and preventive measures.

The role requires active cooperation with production, procurement, and engineering departments to enhance quality protocols, maintain comprehensive documentation, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Additional duties include drafting quality reports, aiding internal audits, and supporting the maintenance of certifications in line with applicable standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to plan and oversee inspection and testing operations.
• Excellent analytical skills and expertise in quality management to analyze data, recognize patterns, and promote process enhancements.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork, report writing, and training related to quality standards.
• Preferably hold a degree or diploma in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO standards, documentation software, and root cause analysis techniques is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented mindset, adept problem-solving skills, and ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment.
