Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all client deliverables — including websites, advertisements, videos, and written content — meet the highest standards promised by Empirical360. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong ownership of the final product, and the ability to maintain quality without impeding team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct final reviews of various deliverables such as website builds, ad creatives, video productions, and written materials before they are launched or delivered to clients.
• Identify mistakes, inconsistencies, and missing elements early to prevent client-facing issues.
• Develop and uphold comprehensive quality assurance checklists and procedures across departments including web development, video production, content creation, and advertising.
• Ensure each deliverable is evaluated against consistent quality standards beyond surface-level appearance.
• Analyze recurring errors to trace back to root causes and report patterns to respective team leads.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, formatting, operational functionality, and brand consistency across all client accounts.
• Document and communicate QA issues clearly, enabling teams to address problems promptly and effectively.
• Highlight ongoing quality concerns to leadership to promote systemic process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure uniform quality across every customer interaction point.
• Serve as the final checkpoint before any material is published or associated with Empirical360's brand.
