Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join Eight Financial Advice's Adviser Quality Assurance team. The role focuses on upholding the highest standards of adviser quality, compliance, and safeguarding client interests within a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of adviser documentation, suitability reports, and case submissions to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Verify adviser licenses and compliance records for accuracy and validity.
• Assist in case triage and monitoring through Salesforce and other workflow management tools.
• Prepare and examine quotations for Life Insurance, Protection, and Long-Term Care products.
• Detect inconsistencies, omissions, or compliance risks within case files.
• Stay updated on financial products, relevant regulatory frameworks, and internal operational procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with advisers and internal departments to promote operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Possesses experience in financial services, compliance, paraplanning, or quality assurance roles.
• Comfortable managing complex financial documentation and technical products.
• Able to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Exhibits a proactive, cooperative, and problem-solving approach.
• Committed to maintaining exceptional standards and ensuring positive client outcomes.

Prior experience with Salesforce, workflow systems, and familiarity with financial offerings such as investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning is highly desirable.
