Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is located in Abuja and involves overseeing product and process quality through scheduled inspections and tests aligned with company standards. Responsibilities include reviewing operational procedures, pinpointing improvement areas, and aiding in the execution of corrective and preventive measures. Daily tasks encompass maintaining quality documentation, assisting internal audits, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements, and collaborating with production and leadership teams to tackle quality concerns. The role also requires compiling detailed reports, communicating quality data, and supporting quality training initiatives to reinforce a strong quality ethos throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven capabilities in Quality Assurance and Quality Control focused on product and process monitoring.
• Experience managing Quality Management Systems and preparing documentation aimed at continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and compliance necessities.
• Competence in executing quality audits including inspections, report generation, and follow-up action.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication proficiency, both verbal and written, for reporting and cross-department collaboration.
• Working knowledge of office productivity and data analysis software such as spreadsheets, word processors, and quality reporting tools.
• Educational background including a diploma or degree in science, engineering, quality management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing or production settings is preferred.
