Core responsibilities

• Track internal workflows and assess whether they align with company policies, procedures, and established quality benchmarks.
• Carry out routine inspections, quality reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Spot process weaknesses, non-compliance concerns, operational exposure, and improvement opportunities.
• Compile quality-related reports, audit summaries, corrective action plans, and performance dashboards.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure findings are resolved and corrective actions are completed on time.
• Help create, revise, and maintain SOPs, process flows, checklists, and other quality control documents.
• Keep records and documentation accurate and compliant with internal as well as regulatory standards.
• Support customer/client satisfaction tracking and contribute to initiatives that improve service quality.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to UAE Nationals as part of an Emiratization program. Candidates should have the required experience, be able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, and be comfortable using both Arabic and English in the role.
