Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector - Civil

Job Overview

Duruper is looking for seasoned QA/QC Inspectors specialized in Civil Engineering to join the TAQA Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Project located in Baniyas and KIZAD, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The selected professionals will be tasked with verifying that all civil construction activities strictly adhere to project specifications, industry quality standards, client demands, and international codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of civil construction tasks related to OHTL projects.
• Ensure alignment of construction work with approved drawings, technical specs, and quality benchmarks.
• Assess and track Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and other quality-related documentation.
• Inspect materials to confirm conformity with project criteria.
• Collaborate with construction teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Generate and retain QA/QC reports, inspection logs, and related records.
• Oversee non-conformance reports and supervise corrective and preventive measures.
• Engage in both internal and external audits focused on quality.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System throughout operations.
• Work jointly with consultants, clients, and project teams during inspection processes.
• Contribute to project completion by ensuring persistent adherence to quality standards.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.).
• Mandatory certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.
• A professional background of 5 to 10 years in QA/QC roles.
• Specific experience in Overhead Transmission Line projects.
• Preferred experience on projects in India and/or GCC regions.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection methodologies.
• Preference for candidates presently in the UAE with a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa who can join immediately.
