Quality Assurance Executive - Wzatco Projectors

Overview

We seek a Quality Assurance Executive to guarantee that every projector serviced adheres to WZATCO's stringent quality criteria prior to dispatch. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, foundational technical understanding, and an eagerness to acquire new skills.

Main Duties

• Carry out thorough quality inspections on projectors post-repair to verify all identified faults have been addressed.
• Conduct fundamental operational checks covering aspects such as display, focus, keystone, speakers, connectivity ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, remote control, and general functionality.
• Record and provide a working demonstration video of the repaired projector to customers via the service ticketing system.
• Document inspection outcomes systematically and communicate recurring problems to the service team for resolution.
• Support new customers by demonstrating product features and guiding them through basic setup procedures.
