Main Purpose of the Role
This position is responsible for guiding team activities, encouraging a cooperative work culture, maintaining strong output quality, and helping improve departmental processes over time.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day team operations while keeping work aligned with business goals.
- Assign and track tasks efficiently to ensure progress stays on course.
- Promote open communication and strong teamwork across the group.
- Support the growth of team members through coaching and training.
- Share updates on achievements, issues, and performance with senior leadership.
Functional Responsibilities
- Track quality assurance activities to confirm compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Examine quality records and supporting documents to ensure they are accurate, complete, and ready for audits.
- Handle deviations and non-conformances by identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
- Organize internal quality audits to measure compliance and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
- Review CAPA execution to reduce quality risks and avoid repeat issues.
- Assist with regulatory inspections by preparing documentation and responding to compliance findings.
- Study quality performance data to spot patterns and propose process enhancements.
- Ensure work follows approved procedures, quality systems, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A master’s degree is preferred, and a professional certification in a related area is also an advantage. Candidates should bring at least 5 years of experience.
Language Requirements
English proficiency is required. Arabic proficiency is preferred.
