Quality Analyst

Role Overview

Infrasoft Technologies Ltd is seeking a Quality Analyst in Singapore for a full-time, on-site role. The position focuses on strengthening quality engineering practices in agile, product-focused teams and partnering with developers, business analysts, and architects to improve delivery outcomes.

Technical Skills

• You should bring at least 4 years of practical experience in quality engineering, ideally within agile, product-driven environments where you work closely with developers, BAs, and architects.
• The role requires demonstrated capability in shaping and rolling out automation approaches across complex application landscapes, including web, mobile, API, and integration layers.
• You need direct experience with modern test frameworks and with connecting automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• A strong grasp of cloud-native systems, microservices, and distributed architectures is important.
• Experience validating AI/ML or automation-based solutions is valuable, especially with awareness of issues such as non-deterministic behavior, data dependence, and model assessment.
• You should also be familiar with approaches to performance, security, and resilience testing.
• Background on large-scale programmes or public sector implementations will be considered an advantage.
