Overview

We are partnering with a mix of multinational and Irish-owned companies in Dublin that are hiring qualified accountants to strengthen their finance functions. The openings span financial reporting, management accounting and commercial finance, with opportunities suitable for professionals from newly qualified level through to those with several years of post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure timely completion of period-end reporting.
• Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close processes.
• Build budgets, forecasts and variance analysis to track business performance.
• Produce financial reports and analyse overall financial results and trends.
• Work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide finance insight and support decision-making.
• Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives and finance systems projects.
• Maintain effective financial controls and adhere to compliance standards.

Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CPA.
• Background gained in practice, industry, or across both environments.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and management accounting fundamentals.
• Strong analytical ability and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Advanced capability with Excel.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with finance and non-finance colleagues.
