Job description
Role Overview
This is a contract QA position focused on testing and supporting an AI-powered video generation product. The work is fully remote and centered on ensuring product quality, usability, and responsiveness for users and clients.
Compensation is $30 to $34 per hour, with an expected workload of 10 to 40 hours each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on manual testing of the platform to assess functionality, usability, and overall performance.
- Spot defects and product issues, record them clearly, and rank them by priority for the engineering team.
- Work directly with clients and provide technical assistance in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Create and run test cases and user scenarios for product changes and newly released features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to bring customer feedback into product improvements.
- Maintain strong quality standards and pay close attention to detail in all testing and support tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid background in quality assurance, especially manual testing and bug reporting/tracking.
- Experience in customer support or client-facing work, with the ability to explain technical topics simply.
- Experience with video generation tools or media technology platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a prompt and professional approach.
- Reliable, accountable, and committed to producing high-quality work.
