About the Role
We are seeking a Python-focused tutorial author who can turn technical knowledge into clear, engaging learning material for a large audience of Python developers. The team publishes high-quality tutorials and aims to keep raising the standard while covering new and expanding topics.
This is a fully remote, paid contract opportunity. The role is part-time and requires enough availability to publish one or more new tutorials each month while consistently meeting deadlines.

- A strong appreciation for clarity, structure, and tone in educational writing
- Interest in improving your writing craft through a detailed editorial workflow
- Time to produce one or more tutorials per month and stay on schedule
Requirements
- Several years of programming experience
- Willingness to develop as a writer and strengthen your writing skills
- Comfort with learning completely new topics, including subjects that may be poorly documented or not documented at all
- Availability to make this work a regular part of your week; it is a meaningful time commitment
