Python Engineer (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join a leading company specializing in foundational large language models (LLM). This full-time remote position involves developing and optimizing advanced AI models by generating quality proprietary datasets for fine-tuning and benchmarking model accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain high-quality Python code for the training and enhancement of AI models.
• Perform rigorous evaluations to benchmark models and interpret results to guide improvements.
• Assess and rank AI-generated responses to queries across various domains according to specified standards.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning initiatives by producing and managing task-specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to employ reinforcement learning with human feedback and refine reward models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Python programming and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Experienced in supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
• Sound knowledge of evaluation and benchmarking methodologies for AI systems.
• Capabilities in designing Python-based tools for data generation and model optimization.
• Familiarity with techniques to evaluate and rank AI model responses.
