Job Summary

We seek a meticulous and proactive Purchasing Administrator to assist both purchasing and project teams with everyday procurement and administrative duties. This role demands excellent organizational capabilities, commercial insight, and confidence in handling systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and punctually.
  • Maintain purchasing records and perform data entry in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to support procurement needs.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless transit of goods and related documentation.
  • Handle general purchase orders and assist with administrative procurement duties.
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures and purchasing controls.
  • Communicate with suppliers on orders, pricing, and delivery timelines as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years in an administrative capacity.
  • Academic background in Economics (degree or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
  • Proficient with technology and confident using IT systems.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous exposure to purchasing or procurement environments.
  • Some knowledge of logistics or supply chain functions.
  • Proficiency in Polish language.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Dynamics 365.
