We are seeking a skilled Purchase Manager to join our team at Pioneer Cranes & Elevators Pvt. Ltd. based in Ludhiana, Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective purchasing strategies to meet our company's material and service needs while optimizing costs and maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and put into practice comprehensive procurement strategies.
• Identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and engage in negotiation to obtain favorable terms.
• Procure essential raw materials, machinery, consumables, and services according to the company's specifications.
• Analyze multiple quotations and finalize purchase orders ensuring the best value.
• Monitor inventory statuses and collaborate with production and warehousing teams to streamline supply chain processes.
• Ensure materials are delivered promptly to prevent any disruption in production schedules.
• Maintain and regularly update vendor databases and perform vendor performance assessments.
• Manage procurement expenses efficiently without compromising on quality benchmarks.
• Oversee purchase documentation, including invoices and follow-ups on payments.
• Adhere strictly to organizational procurement policies and procedures.
• Generate and present Management Information System (MIS) reports focusing on purchasing activity and cost-saving opportunities.
