Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Purchase Executive at Wallfour Interior Architects, you will be responsible for procuring various materials including plywood, laminates, hardware, fittings, lighting, glass, stone, fabrics, and other accessories necessary for interior design projects. This role involves identifying dependable vendors, obtaining and negotiating quotations, and managing purchase orders to ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with project timelines.

You will collaborate closely with site and project teams to understand material requirements, track consumption, and maintain meticulous purchase records. Coordination with stores for stock verification, managing returns or warranty claims, and supporting the accounts team with invoice verification and payments are also key functions. Monitoring market trends to suggest cost-effective alternatives while maintaining a comprehensive vendor database and pricing history will be essential for optimizing procurement efficiency.
