Role Overview

Elastic is seeking a high-impact sales professional to help grow its Public Sector footprint in Saudi Arabia. This role is aimed at someone who enjoys creating new opportunities, challenging established ways of working, and solving complex customer issues with persistence and curiosity. The position will be important in building Elastic’s local presence in the region and supporting its expansion on the ground.

What You’ll Do

• Grow Elastic’s reach across major public sector organizations in the Saudi government by finding and developing new opportunities.
• Serve as a dependable advisor to customers and help them convert data into measurable business value and faster digital transformation.
• Promote open source thinking and position Elastic’s search-led solutions across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security.
• Identify and shape new use cases by working closely with technical teams, developers, and senior stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams, partners, and communities to build a strong ecosystem that supports long-term growth.
• Handle complex sales processes and provide accurate, reliable forecasts.

What You Need

• A proven history of exceeding targets in Enterprise SaaS sales, with the ability to win business in Saudi public sector accounts.
• Strong understanding of the local market challenges and the confidence to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience selling into the public sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Genuine interest in open source and Elastic’s community-oriented approach.
• Comfort working through complex procurement cycles while staying quick and effective in execution.

Bonus Experience

• Background in selling through an open source business model.
