Role overview
This position is responsible for carrying out public relations initiatives that strengthen the company’s image and identity, while building productive relationships with government entities, media outlets, and partners. The role also supports event planning and related activities to ensure professional institutional communication that reflects the organization’s stature and development and investment role.

Success means maintaining a consistent corporate image, producing accurate media content, supporting smooth event execution, developing effective stakeholder relationships, and helping the company respond appropriately to media risks or negative signals.
Key responsibilities
Corporate image and identity
- Carry out PR activities in line with the company’s institutional identity.
- Help strengthen the organization’s reputation among the public, investors, and government bodies.
- Ensure institutional communication standards are followed across all correspondence and media content.
Media communication
- Draft press releases and verify their accuracy before approval.
- Coordinate with media channels to share official company news.
- Track coverage related to the company or the sector and analyze how it is being reported.
- Prepare daily or weekly media monitoring reports.
Events and activities
- Support the planning and coordination of events, conferences, exhibitions, and partner meetings.
- Prepare event communication materials and official messaging.
- Monitor execution to ensure events are delivered on schedule and to the approved quality level.
Government relations and partnerships
- Build relationships with government entities and private-sector organizations.
- Follow up on formal invitations and external meetings.
- Assist in coordinating cooperation memorandums, agreements, and official visits.
Content and documentation
- Write and publish media content such as news items, success stories, reports, and introductory materials.
- Prepare presentation decks for events and external communication needs.
- Maintain a complete media archive covering events, news, images, and press coverage.
Internal communication
- Support the preparation of internal newsletters and circulars.
- Implement internal communication campaigns that reinforce organizational culture.
- Coordinate with other departments to distribute official employee messages.
Media crisis support
- Monitor and assess any negative indicators that may affect the company’s reputation.
- Propose suitable statements and messages to address media-related risks.
- Coordinate with the department manager on approving the response strategy.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports on public relations activities.
- Recommend ways to improve the company’s media image.
- Submit media monitoring findings and qualitative analysis reports.
Qualifications and requirements
The role calls for a diploma or bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, logistics, or a similar discipline. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in public relations or media, with strong written and spoken command of both Arabic and English. Saudi nationality is required.
Required skills and personal attributes
Applicants should be able to write professional media content, understand media systems and government relations, communicate and present ideas confidently, manage events and meetings, use media monitoring and analysis tools, build strong relationships, and work effectively with Microsoft Office. The role also requires a professional presence, tact in dealing with the public and officials, strong writing ability, resilience under fast-paced media pressure, and confident public speaking.
