Role Overview

The Public Relations Officer will oversee government-facing processes, including licensing, legal paperwork, and regulatory compliance for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s main contact point with government bodies such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and Chambers of Commerce.
• Manage the preparation, filing, renewal, and updating of commercial registrations, trade licences, and leasing agreement attestations.
• Keep all legal and corporate documents current and ensure alignment with applicable labour rules and local regulations.
• Handle matters involving fines, disputes, and other issues raised by government or municipal departments.

Required Qualifications

• Bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on PRO experience in the local market.
• Be fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, which is strongly preferred.
• Have established working relationships with local ministries and government offices.
• Be well-versed in portals and systems such as Tasheel, Amer, Smart Channels, and MOHRE.
• Demonstrate strong coordination, time management, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Hold a valid local driving licence.
