Role overview
This full-time on-site position is for a Public Relations Officer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on government relations, visa processing, licensing, and compliance-related coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Submit, process, and renew applications through Abu Dhabi government platforms such as TAMM, ICP, and MOHRE.
- Oversee end-to-end handling of employee visas, work permits, and business license renewals to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Liaise with government departments and officials for inspections, documentation, and administrative follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate employee records, visa tracking logs, and status reports covering processing progress and related costs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant UAE experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in Abu Dhabi.
- Hands-on experience using Abu Dhabi government portals and related online systems.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English, in speaking and writing.
