About Enterslice
Enterslice is an international consulting and professional services organization specializing in business establishment, company incorporation, taxation, auditing, compliance, and regulatory advisory services across various countries. We seek an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations and regulatory adherence for our Oman operations and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison with Omani governmental entities including the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MOCIIP), Ministry of Labour, Royal Oman Police (ROP), Oman Tax Authority, municipalities, and related regulatory bodies.
- Oversee processes related to company incorporation, Commercial Registration (CR), business licensing including applications, amendments, and renewals.
- Manage employment visa applications, work permits, labor clearances, residence card issuance, family visas, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Coordinate documentation processing such as attestation, notarization, legal translations, and government submissions.
- Maintain compliance schedules and ensure deadlines for company license, CR, visa, permit, and registration renewals are met timely.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on government approvals and compliance stipulations.
- Keep detailed records of government transactions, receipts, and official paperwork.
- Support business formation and setup services provided to clients operating in Oman.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Public Relations or Government Relations Officer in Oman.
- In-depth understanding of MOCIIP, Ministry of Labour, ROP, immigration regulations, and business licensing workflows.
- Practical knowledge of Invest Easy/Oman Business Platform for relevant processes.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Holder of a valid Omani driving license.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation management capabilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct while handling confidential government documentation.
- Preferably possesses a Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Experience in corporate services, consulting or business setup environments is advantageous.
