Role Overview
This position is within the Public Policy team of a healthcare-focused organization, emphasizing efforts to improve health care access and promote advocacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze developments in public policy and assess their implications on the organization's mission.
- Work collaboratively with multiple internal departments to further advocacy campaigns and strategies.
- Oversee projects, ensuring coordination and communication with affiliate personnel.
- Assist in creating advocacy materials and support relevant initiatives to advance policy goals.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
- Between one and three years of experience in the public policy sector.
- Demonstrated project management abilities coupled with effective teamwork skills.
- Capacity to effectively engage and communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
