Job description
Role overview
Sun Venture is looking for an intern to support its public markets and hedge funds team during the Fall 2026 term. The role involves helping with the development and execution of the firm’s public markets investment programme.
Key tasks
- Gather and organise data related to both traditional and alternative investment opportunities.
- Support research and market mapping activities for fund managers.
- Contribute to quantitative and qualitative analysis of third-party fund managers and help prepare written reports.
- Assist in creating monthly manager presentation decks.
- Take on other related ad hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Applicants should be studying for a relevant degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or Economics, and must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
- Solid financial understanding and the ability to work confidently with quantitative analysis are expected.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time internship from August to December 2026.
- Previous internship exposure in a relevant area will be considered an advantage.
