PTW Holder (Qatar Energy) Civil Engineer Supervisor - Mesaieed

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Permit to Work (PTW) Holder, approved by QatarEnergy, to join our team as a Civil Engineer/Supervisor on a temporary contract basis lasting between 1 to 3 months. The role is based in Mesaieed, Qatar, and involves overseeing PTW processes and ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational standards set by QatarEnergy.

Key Responsibilities

• Issuing, preparing, and managing work permits in line with QatarEnergy protocols.
• Collaborating closely with operations, maintenance, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) teams to facilitate safe work execution.
• Verifying that all maintenance and construction activities comply with PTW and HSE guidelines.
• Performing site inspections before and during ongoing tasks to ensure safety and procedural adherence.
• Maintaining thorough records and documentation of all PTW activities.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid QatarEnergy certification as a PTW Holder for civil engineering work in Mesaieed.
• Previous experience on QatarEnergy-related projects.
• In-depth understanding of Permit to Work procedures and HSE compliance standards.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with various teams.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID).
• Availability for immediate joining.
• Possession of a driving license is a plus.
