Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is for a Psychiatrist based in Doha. The selected professional will deliver psychiatric care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy. The role also requires close coordination with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded and effective patient care.

What the Role Involves

• Evaluate patients’ mental health needs and provide accurate psychiatric assessments.
• Diagnose mental health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions and monitor patient progress over time.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and other care team members to support integrated treatment.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach throughout the care process.

Qualifications and Professional Profile

• Background in medicine with specialization in psychiatry.
• Hands-on experience in psychiatric care and broader mental health services.
• Working knowledge of psychiatric treatments and therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Kind, empathetic, and supportive approach to patient care.
• Board certification in Psychiatry is required.
• English and Arabic fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
