Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Assistant to join our regional operations team on the Isle of Arran. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding exceptional cleaning and presentation standards across a portfolio of holiday homes, ensuring each property offers an outstanding experience for guests and homeowners alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain high cleanliness standards for assigned properties.
- Work closely with third-party cleaning teams to guarantee quality service, efficiency, and consistency.
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback to identify and implement improvements enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with property owners by suggesting and supporting necessary enhancements to properties.
- Analyze performance data to optimize quality, reduce costs, and improve operational processes.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring an adequate supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A holder of a full, clean UK driving license.
- Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Experience collaborating with third-party suppliers or service partners.
- Ability to utilize data and feedback effectively for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- A proactive, hands-on approach focused on practical solutions and problem-solving.

Additional Details
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 35 hours per week, typically 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday, with weekend flexibility essential. Candidates ideally reside on the Isle of Arran; however, applicants from the mainland who can commit to travelling during a trial period will also be considered.
