Property Advisor / Real Estate Sales Executive

Role Summary

Join VPP Realtech LLP as a Property Advisor, where you'll engage with clients seeking residential properties in Pune. Your primary responsibilities include comprehending client preferences, recommending suitable projects, organizing site visits, and supporting clients throughout their buying journey. This position involves direct interaction with clients and suits individuals passionate about sales and consultancy in real estate.

Key Duties

• Manage inbound inquiries generated via digital and marketing channels.
• Identify client needs, budget constraints, and preferred locations.
• Recommend residential projects aligned with client expectations.
• Schedule and lead site visits for potential buyers.
• Establish trust and guide clients through purchasing steps.
• Follow up with prospects to facilitate property deal closures.
• Maintain ongoing coordination with developers and project teams.

Candidate Profile

• Interest in real estate sales and advisory services.
• Strong communication and relational abilities.
• Comfortable with client engagements and travel for site visits.
• Motivated individuals who thrive in performance-based roles.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged.
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, or client-focused roles is favorable but not compulsory.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Possession of own two-wheeler and readiness to travel is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 INR.
• Attractive performance incentives based on transaction success.
• Top performers can earn between 60,000 and over 100,000 INR monthly, inclusive of incentives.
