Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Prompt Engineer to help us design, optimize, and scale AI-driven interactions that power Bloomify's products and internal workflows. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between product, engineering, and content teams by crafting prompts, testing AI outputs, enhancing workflows, and continuously refining the quality, accuracy, and consistency of AI-generated content throughout the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine prompts for large language models to support Bloomify’s offerings and internal processes.
• Develop libraries of prompts, reusable templates, and AI-based workflows tailored for diverse business functions.
• Assess and enhance AI-generated content to ensure high quality, consistency, and improved user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing departments to design AI-driven features and experiences.
• Experiment with and apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to boost AI performance across multiple applications.
• Document strategies, best practices, and testing processes related to prompt engineering.
• Monitor AI system performance and propose improvements informed by user feedback and data analytics.
• Keep abreast of the newest advancements in generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering methodologies.
• Support the creation of AI-powered automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with generative AI tools or AI-based applications.
• In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering concepts and large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written communication skills coupled with clear, structured reasoning.
• Proven ability to design effective prompts across diverse scenarios including content generation, automation, research, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in critically evaluating AI outputs and iteratively enhancing performance.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs and automation tools.
• Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript for integrating AI workflows.
• Familiarity with concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, or frameworks for AI evaluation.
• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation platforms, or no-code/low-code AI systems.
• Prior work experience within startups or tech companies.
