Job description
Role Overview
This position is focused on coordinating client appointments and supporting the handover of property units in Dubai. The role involves close communication with customers, managing queries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and professional handover experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to clients and arrange appointments for the delivery of their units.
- Respond to complaints and customer questions received through walk-ins, fax, letters, and email, and work to close them within the required timeframe.
- Act as the primary client contact during the physical handover process to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Guide clients through the property handover once all legal and financial steps have been completed.
- Organize viewing and snagging appointments with clients and support any DLP warranty-related service requests or concerns.
- Coordinate with the QA team on snag rectification, then keep both the client and the internal system updated.
