Role Overview
As a (Junior) Project Manager at Floy, you will lead the smooth implementation of cutting-edge AI software solutions within radiology practices. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing clients throughout the entire integration journey—from analyzing their existing workflows to embedding the AI tools into daily clinical routines. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams during the project lifecycle. Leveraging your expertise, you will contribute ideas for continuous product enhancement and service optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the successful deployment of AI software in radiology environments.
- Maintain comprehensive client support throughout project stages.
- Serve as the central point of contact connecting clients and internal departments.
- Support ongoing product development with insights and feedback.
- Introduce innovative solutions to refine customer service.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification especially related to health management, health economics, or similar fields.
- Initial professional exposure to project management, customer interaction, or analogous roles.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and clearly convey complex concepts to clients.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with an ability to maintain oversight during intense project phases.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for thriving in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and proficient business English.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
