Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle delivery of AI-driven customer engagement projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and aligned with company goals. Based in Heliopolis, this full-time, on-site role requires creating comprehensive project plans, managing timelines and resources, and coordinating multiple teams including product development, engineering, and operations. Key duties include monitoring project progress, mitigating risks and issues, and regularly updating stakeholders on status.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
