Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead and oversee the execution and delivery of residential and commercial high-rise tower projects. This position demands proven expertise in managing such construction projects ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and adhering to quality and safety standards. Coordination with multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and engineering teams is essential to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead management of construction progression from initiation to final project handover for high-rise towers.
- Supervise all site construction operations maintaining adherence to project requirements, technical criteria, and contractual terms.
- Maintain coordination among clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary engineers to guarantee smooth project flow.
- Monitor timelines, budget adherence, quality benchmarks, and safety metrics, taking corrective measures as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving technical and operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC processes, health, safety, environment standards, and relevant industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and prepare comprehensive project status updates for stakeholders.
- Oversee support activities such as testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
- At least 10 years of experience managing construction of residential and commercial high-rise towers.
- Demonstrated track record of participating in a minimum of three tower projects, spanning from start of construction to completion handover.
- Solid knowledge of project scheduling, budget management, quality assurance/control, and health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
