Project Manager - Salesforce Business Transformation

About the Role

This position involves leading the initial phase of a significant Salesforce-driven business transformation initiative. Located in Dublin, the role requires a skilled delivery manager to impose structured governance and disciplined execution throughout the programme. The Project Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders and Salesforce implementation partners prior to full implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee project governance, reporting, and delivery systems
• Create and update comprehensive project, milestone, and workstream plans
• Manage RAID logs including issue resolution, risk assessment, and dependencies
• Coordinate efforts across multiple business and technical teams during discovery and implementation
• Lead Steering Committee and governance meetings to ensure proper oversight
• Build and maintain strong relationships among business units, operations, IT, and external partners
• Maintain programme progress with effective planning, communication, and stakeholder management
• Support pre-implementation mobilisation tasks
• Promote project delivery best practices and controls throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record managing complex business transformation projects as a Project Manager
• Expertise in governance, project controls, and reporting mechanisms
• Skilled in maintaining RAID logs and overseeing programme planning and delivery governance
• Strong ability to engage and manage senior-level stakeholders
• Experience leading discovery phases and large-scale implementations
• Ability to coordinate between third-party vendors and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement in Salesforce implementation projects
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and CRM transformation concepts
• Background in operating model or process changes
• Experience within Financial Services industry is advantageous
• Salesforce certifications are a plus but not mandatory

This is an initial contract through the end of the year with strong possibility for extension. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model. The client is Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm focused on optimizing peoples’ and teams’ potential.
