About the Role

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our New Brunswick team. Your leadership and project management acumen will be crucial in steering construction projects from start to finish. You will lead a collaborative group of construction professionals, embodying a client-first mindset and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. As a scheduling expert, you will keep project objectives, execution plans, personnel, and communications aligned at all times. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain effective partnerships with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals and overall vision.
  • Create and manage construction schedules alongside the project team to meet milestones and completion deadlines.

  • Maintain adherence to a high-quality construction program through a proactive approach.
  • Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and procurement management.
  • Mentor and share expertise with project team members, serving as a role model.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports reflecting progress and performance.
  • Participate actively in project completion processes, celebrating successes and facilitating wrap-up.

Qualifications

  • University degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent education combined with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven history of successfully managing projects and working collaboratively with teams.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities with strong influence and conflict resolution skills to bring projects to a successful close.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
  • Strong commitment to developing, maintaining, and executing project schedules effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills with prior experience using scheduling software tools.
  • Awareness and knowledge of the regional construction market.
