The position suits someone highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable bringing order to a fast-paced creative setting while clearing obstacles for the team.
Compensation and schedule
The base salary for this role is $75,000 to $80,000, depending on experience. An annual bonus equal to 5% of pay is available, based on both individual and company performance. The role follows a hybrid schedule and requires onsite work at the Culver City office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing initiatives end to end across brand, creative, social, growth, e-commerce, trade, and education workstreams.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables so each initiative stays on pace.
- Handle request intake by scoping incoming work, setting priorities, and aligning assignments with team leads.
- Keep an accurate, easy-to-follow view of all active projects, including owners, current status, and next steps.
- Partner with marketing and adjacent functions such as sales, product, operations, and e-commerce to keep work aligned and moving.
- Lead project kickoffs, regular check-ins, and status meetings while documenting decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Spot risks, dependencies, and blockers early and push them toward resolution.
- Act as the main contact for timeline, status, and project-related questions across the division.
- Improve project management processes, templates, and team best practices on an ongoing basis.
- Manage and refine project management platforms such as Monday, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
- Standardize briefs, intake forms, and workflow steps to make work easier to start and complete.
- Monitor team capacity and workload to support better prioritization and resourcing.
- Share clear updates with stakeholders on progress, deadlines, and changes.
- Track project health metrics such as throughput and on-time delivery, and highlight trends or improvement areas.
- Support clean handoffs between teams and make sure final outputs meet both the brief and the deadline.
- Help build a team environment that is organized, collaborative, and accountable.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in marketing, creative, or agency settings.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle several projects and shifting priorities without missing important details.

- Experience working with beauty, fashion, or consumer brands such as cosmetics, nails, haircare, or fashion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related area.
