Project Manager, Launch Operations

About the Role

Netflix operates a global entertainment service with more than 300 million paid memberships across over 190 countries. The company offers TV series, films, and games in many languages and genres, with flexible viewing anytime, anywhere.

As the member base continues to expand, Netflix is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Launch Operations team in India. This group sits within a broader operational hub approach and oversees launch readiness from end to end, including pre-promotional milestones on the service, with a strong focus on project discipline, risk control, and member-first execution.

This position is suited to a seasoned project management professional who enjoys improving workflows, supporting delivery at scale, and helping titles reach global members smoothly. The work is largely behind the scenes and requires strong judgment, detail orientation, and comfort with ambiguity.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of on-service project management for titles across global markets, making sure every project stays aligned to its planned launch date.
• Coordinate with internal and external contributors to confirm that assets arrive on schedule and that launch progress remains steady.
• Review, improve, and redesign operational workflows to boost efficiency and support wider business goals.
• Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and ensure launches run smoothly.
• Use practical judgment and risk mitigation to adapt delivery and launch plans, including unusual or non-standard situations.
• Collaborate with Technology, Engineering, Partnerships, and Quality Control teams within Global Product Creative Operations to support tooling, workflow, and vendor requirements that help scale operations.
