Project Manager - Healthcare (Remote, Part-Time Contract)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a part-time contract position focused on leading the execution of a national healthcare program in Ireland. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to collaborate with clinicians, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders to deliver significant healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare projects from initial planning stages through to full implementation.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clinicians, healthcare entities, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, governance structures, timelines, and regular reporting.
• Coordinate national-level initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and workshops.
• Identify project risks, elevate and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the Ireland-based project lead while working closely with an international team.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to completion.
• Background in healthcare, clinical services, public sector, research, or nonprofit sectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
• Ability to independently handle multiple competing priorities with confidence.
• Familiarity with the Irish healthcare environment or experience working with clinicians or the Health Service Executive (HSE) is a strong advantage.
• Passion for enhancing men's health and improving patient outcomes.

Employment Details

• Fully remote position based in Ireland.
• Part-time engagement of 20 hours per week (approximately 2.5 working days).
