Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a part-time contract position focused on leading the execution of a national healthcare program in Ireland. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to collaborate with clinicians, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders to deliver significant healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee healthcare projects from initial planning stages through to full implementation.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clinicians, healthcare entities, and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance structures, timelines, and regular reporting.
- Coordinate national-level initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and workshops.
- Identify project risks, elevate and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the Ireland-based project lead while working closely with an international team.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to completion.
- Background in healthcare, clinical services, public sector, research, or nonprofit sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Ability to independently handle multiple competing priorities with confidence.
- Familiarity with the Irish healthcare environment or experience working with clinicians or the Health Service Executive (HSE) is a strong advantage.
- Passion for enhancing men's health and improving patient outcomes.
Employment Details
- Fully remote position based in Ireland.
- Part-time engagement of 20 hours per week (approximately 2.5 working days).
- 12-month contract starting mid-August.
