Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with client rehabilitation, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), and quality requirements, exercising stop-work authority when necessary.
- Manage all commercial aspects such as budgeting, margin control, value of work done (VOWD), claims, and variations.
- Develop and control project scheduling, focusing on the critical path and implementing recovery strategies when required.
- Lead a dedicated site team and maintain day-to-day client engagement, including collaborating with Traditional Owners.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- More than 8 years of hands-on management experience delivering civil and/or mining construction projects with total commercial and project delivery accountability.

- Proven track record managing projects worth A$10 million or more, consistently achieving safety and margin targets.
- Strong expertise in commercial management, contract administration, and project controls, including the use of Primavera P6 or MS Project, handling claims, variations, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of and experience working within ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards and adhering to WHS Act 2020 (WA) due diligence responsibilities.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience and ability to obtain necessary Tier-1 client site inductions.
