  • Keep detailed records of decisions, approvals, project dependencies, scope alterations, and delays for all key milestones.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent hands-on experience in category or project management, product commercialization, or operations may be accepted.
  • Between 4 and 7 years of relevant experience in category management, project management, commercialization, operations, or executing cross-functional programs, ideally within cannabis, consumer packaged goods, retail, agriculture, or regulated sectors.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, able to maintain accurate project plans, tracking systems, launch checklists, and documentation.
  • Proficient in recognizing risks, escalating issues properly, recommending mitigation approaches, and maintaining momentum despite shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to concisely report project statuses, blockers, decisions, and next actions to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with project management software, reporting tools, ERP systems, or inventory/category planning tools is a plus.
