Project Manager - Aluminium Door and Window Installation

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of aluminium door and window installation projects across various sites. This position ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle multiple aluminium doors and windows installation projects simultaneously at various locations.
• Develop, track, and manage project execution plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Perform regular site visits to verify installation quality and monitor work progress.
• Identify risks associated with projects and take corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, supervisors, installation teams, and subcontractors to ensure site readiness and smooth operations.
• Address technical and installation challenges with the engineering team.
• Manage client and project team communications, acting as the main liaison with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Attend meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure approvals for drawings, materials, mock-ups, and inspections are timely.
• Work closely with accounts to oversee billing, verify subcontractor/vendor invoices, track payments, and control project costs to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with procurement and production to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials, monitor consumption, and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, approved specifications, and safety protocols; conduct inspections and oversee defect management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, and handle final project completion and handover documentation.
